I snapped this fun picture at our first open house this past weekend. Jake and Craig stepped outside the sugar shack for a breath of air after being in the steam all day. Yes, Craig was calling his wife to update her on the progress. Sugaring does not play well with any type of schedule! It’s the whim of Mother Nature that determines when we will eat dinner. When I took the picture, Joe was out in the woods checking on the sap flow. These are the people responsible for the great tasting syrup. Thanks guys!
